Jordan Norwood

As a seasoned entrepreneur and Super Bowl-winning NFL veteran, Jordan is passionately committed to positively influencing athletes' lives globally. After earning his degree in Advertising from Penn State University and an 8-year NFL career, Jordan dove head first into life as an entrepreneur, including the launch of a successful photo-video business, international real estate investments, and ownership in a pro basketball team. As a creative strategist, a high-performing professional athlete, and a branding expert, he is paving the way for innovation in sports marketing.

Shannon Judd Roberson

With a long history of experience working with Fortune 500 companies like Apple and  Northwestern Mutual, business owners, and professional athletes, Shannon helps organizations and individuals create effective and lasting strategies, focused on brand and business growth. Her proven track record in the development of company leadership, brand identity, operational growth, executive coaching, and relationship management has played an important role in many start up success stories. In 2018, Shannon took on the role of CEO of Transition Sports and Entertainment. Since then, she has successfully guided multiple athletes and entertainers on their path towards entrepreneurship.

Lindsay Siwiec

With over 14 years of brand development and public relations experience, Lindsay has a deep understanding of the role that effective communications plays in driving growth and overall business performance. As an analytical and creative leader, Lindsay collaborates with individuals and companies to help shape their brand identity and create results-driven PR and marketing strategies that meaningfully communicate the brand voice and ethos. With global experience across multiple sectors, her expertise in compelling key messaging, strategic partnerships, media relations, and event production has helped increase awareness for clients like Alo, Headspace, eBay, LiveOne, Ford Models, Benefit Cosmetics, Soul Artist Management, and more.

Vic Enwere

As a former Division-1 student athlete and NFL veteran with a Masters Degree in Sports Management, Vic has gained extensive experience and diverse perspectives both on and off the field. Having worked with agencies like UTA, VaynerSports, Transition Sports and Entertainment, and Pacific Sports Management, Vic’s career in sports marketing and athlete representation has had a proven track record in business development, management, strategic marketing, contract advisory, sales, team leadership and communication.

Matthew Carfora

With over 15 years of industry experience, Matt has honed his skills as a visionary creative director and content creator. His love for storytelling began early in life and led him to his career as a digital content manager for a prominent news station where he cultivated a deep understanding of effective digital communications and mastered the art of engaging audiences. Since then, he has collaborated with esteemed brands, bringing their visions to life through impactful content from ideation to execution. Matt’s combined approach of strategy and creativity has a proven track record of helping both startups and established brands elevate their stories and captivate their audiences.

Anton Scott-Cameron

Leveraging a career spanning over 25 years, Anton has been instrumental in the development of brand and marketing campaigns for both national and international organisations.

Anton has worked with an enormously broad collection of clients and industries, with a particular passion and focus on Sports and Real Estate. He has crafted a sizeable body of work throughout his career including campaigns and brands for a number of notable and world-facing Australian national sporting bodies, has worked with international outdoor adventure brands and delivered notable event brands that gained visibility on the world stage.

Ben Cochrane

A senior graphic designer with a wealth of industry experience accumulated over 15 years and counting, Ben’s design talents are strengthened by his skill sets as an illustrator and animator, breathing life into brands through emotive motion graphics.

Ben approaches his work with a diverse cultural and global perspective. Having previously worked between New York City, Los Angeles, Taipei and Australia, his international experience has contributed to multi-award winning social media campaigns, marketing campaigns and personal brand identities for celebrated public sporting figures and brands.
